TROOP 58

The PLC planned this as a mystery trip...which means that a small group of adults planned the trip with the activity to be revealed only upon arriving at our destination.  Like everything else we do, this activity is within the Guide to Safe Scouting and is something we are 100% comfortable doing with the troop.

This trip will include an activity that MAY encounter a phobia like snakes, spiders, ghosts, heights, public speaking, small spaces, clowns, dark, etc.  If you/your scout has something that needs to be talked through reach out to Mr. Pilgrim or Mr. Zangara.

Items that must be packed include:

• Car Camping Gear (Pack the same as any other trip) 

• Camp Chair

• Comfortable Walking Shoes (Closed Toed)

• Swim Trunks / Swim Shoes (Whatever you would bring to the pool or beach)

  • Be prepared to get your feet wet, and we would suggest having something on your feet like an old pair of shoes or water shoes​

• Winter Gloves and Hat

  • Your hands WILL get cold some time on Saturday

• Rain Gear

• Spending Money (You may have a small opportunity to buy a souvenir)

• One person in your patrol MUST have their scout handbook

• Mr. Zangara's Phone Bucket

• Patrols will need to bring their patrol flags
